Returns & Exchanges
At ChinChile, we strive for complete satisfaction with every gourmet order, offering a 14-day return window for unopened and non-perishable items. Due to the nature of food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are found to be defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the item is eligible.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
